Revision Policy

The allotted number of revisions is based on your selected package, and you can demand as
many revisions as stated in your package details. We focus on providing the best services to our customers and continue revising
until your needs are met. You are not liable to pay an additional price if the design concepts are not changed. You
will have your revised design in 48 hours.

Turn Around Time

Design Pros UK has a 48-72 hour turnaround time for most design services. This is not the time from start to finish for
a project, only the turnaround time for a single iteration of a design stage. Depending on the kind of service, the
time required for revisions could be a minimum of 48 hours to 72 hours; this means two working days.

For Example

  • Logo Orders placed or Revisions Requested on a Monday will be delivered by Wednesday.
  • Logo Orders placed or Revisions Requested on a Friday will be delivered by the end of Tuesday.

100% Money Back Guarantee

Design Pros UK offers a 100% money-back guarantee on all its design services. Customers can claim 100% of their
money paid for the service back under the following circumstance:

  • If you are unsatisfied with the initial designs (first design draft) of the logo or the website. You can request a 100%
    refund on your project. 

Refund Policy

Design Pros UK has a 48-72 hour turnaround time for most design services. This is not the time from start to finish for

The Refunds will be void if:

  • You have chosen a special or a custom package.
  • The primary design concept (for any service) has been approved.
  • The Logo has been finalised.
  • The website has been designed, developed, and deployed live.
  • You have demanded revisions.
  • The company has not been contacted for more than two weeks.
  • The company’s policies, or policy, have been violated.
  • Other company or designer has been approached for the same project.
  • The creative brief is lacking in the required information. Which leads to confusion or uncertainty in required designs.
  • A complete design change has been demanded after first, second or subsequent design drafts.
  • The claim has crossed the given ‘request for refund’ time span.
  • The business is closing or changing its name or business.
  • Reasons such as ‘change of mind,’ ‘disagreement with partner’, or other reasons that do not pertain
    to the service will not be subject to refund under any circumstances.
 Partial Refunds are applicable if:
 
  • Once a client has accepted multiple sets of revisions (for any service), the client may be entitled to
    claim 50% of the refund after discussion with their Project Manager.
  • Cancellations of orders are prior to project initiation due to reasons unrelated to the design service itself for any number of reasons will be subjected to a 30% cancellation administrative fee.
  • Please be advised that 30% administration charges will be applicable on all orders canceled after the initial 24 hours have passed and a refund is not initiated. Furthermore, the refund policy will be void in case there’s just a change of mind and no rational reason is provided.
  • If a client subscribes to a service bundle and happens to be dissatisfied with a particular service, a refund will only be applicable on that specific service and ‘not’ the entire bundle. It will also be suject to an administrative fee of 30%.

Note

Design Pros UK holds all the rights to reject any project or cancel the contract whenever necessary. After the refund,
you will not have any rights to use the designs for any purpose; they will be the sole property of Design Pros UK. The
company will be the rightful owner of the designs.
Services not related to design services are not eligible for refunds under any circumstances. They are not covered
under our 100% money-back guarantee. If such a service is acquired as part of a Package Deal of any kind, it cannot
be used to request a refund on the entire package. Examples of such services are as follows:
  • Copyrights Protection Certificates.
  • Website & Emails Hosting Services.
  • Website SSL Certificates
  • Website Domain Purchase.
  • Website Maintenance Plans
  • Website SEO Plans.
  • Social Media Marketing
  • Google Adwords Campaigns
For services that are not covered under the 100% refund policy, in case of dissatisfaction, Design Pros UK’s
management, after reviewing the project, may choose to offer a partial refund to the client.

Chargeback and Refund Policy

At Design Pros UK, we are committed to delivering high-quality design services and ensuring the satisfaction of our clients. To maintain a transparent and fair relationship, we have established the following policy regarding chargebacks, refunds, and cancellations.

  1. No Chargebacks Without Prior Communication
    Clients are not permitted to initiate chargebacks through their payment provider or financial institution without first communicating directly with Design Pros UK. Any attempt to process a chargeback without prior permission and communication with our team will be considered a violation of our terms and may result in legal action to recover the funds.

  2. Refund Request Process
    If you are not satisfied with the services provided and believe a refund is appropriate, please follow our Refund Request Process:
    Claim Your Refund: To initiate a refund, please send an email to support@designprosuk.com. Upon receiving your refund request, we will respond promptly and initiate the necessary analysis based on the details you provide.
    Refund Evaluation: Refund requests will be reviewed according to the scope of services provided and the terms outlined in your agreement. We may ask for supporting documentation to assess the validity of your request.
    Refund Processing: If your refund request is approved, it will be processed in accordance with the terms in your contract or service agreement. Refunds may be issued partially or in full, depending on the circumstances.

  3. Cancellation Prior to Project Initiation
    If you wish to cancel a project before it has been initiated, and the cancellation is unrelated to the service provided, the following conditions apply:
    The refund request must be made within 24 hours of the order placement in order to receive a full refund.|
    After 24 hours, any cancellation requests will incur a service fee charge. The amount of the service fee will depend on the project’s status and the services already rendered at the time of cancellation.

  4. Rights to Designs After Refund
    After receiving a refund, you will not retain any rights to any designs, concepts, or work submitted by Design Pros UK, unless a mutual agreement is made between you and the company through written communication. In such cases, the information related to the designs will be submitted to the Copyright Acquisition of the Government Copyright Agencies to ensure compliance with copyright laws.
  5. Resolution First
    We encourage all clients to communicate with us directly if any concerns or issues arise. Our team is dedicated to resolving any matters in a timely and professional manner, ensuring you are satisfied with the outcome.

  6. Client Responsibility
    By engaging with Design Pros UK, you agree not to initiate any chargebacks independently. Any disputes or requests for refunds must be handled directly through our official refund process. We will work with you to ensure a fair resolution.

  7. Dispute Resolution
    If a chargeback is initiated without prior communication and approval from Design Pros UK, we reserve the right to pursue legal action to recover the funds and resolve the dispute. This protects the interests of both parties involved.

Delivery Policy

  • The complete order will be sent to the mentioned account on the date stated on Order Confirmation
    as well as a confirmation email will also be sent.
  • The turnaround time will be according to the package; the minimum time required is two business days
  • Websites will only be made live once all dues have been cleared. Under no condition will a website be
    made live if any dues are outstanding.
  • Contact our customer support team in case of an urgent or rush order.

Design Ownership & Rights

All finalised designs provided by Design Pros UK are done on a written request of finalisation by the client. Upon
finislastion, the client receives all the final core files of the logo and owns 100% of all ownership rights to the said
logo.
  • The client shall own the final design provided by Design Pros UK in its entirety.
  • All said finalised design ownership rights would belong to the client 100%
  • The Client is free to use the finalised design as they see fit.
  • However, the client shall not own any materials, media, or other content generated during any revision
    cycles leading up to the Final Product.

Content Creation & Population

Design Pros UK will not be responsible for creating or populating content (e.g., text/Images) into the website
unless purchased exclusively. In which case:
  • Design Pros UK will populate the website with content created for the client
  • The content/text for the website will be created specifically for the customer’s website
  • Design Pros UK will populate the website with images.
  • Design Pros UK will acquire stock imagery from stock photo websites for the client.
  • Design Pros UK will not be responsible in any way, shape, or form for any similarities between images
    used on the site that may or may not resemble other websites.
  • Design Pros UK will populate the website with products and product details.
  • The client will provide product images and product details.

N.D.A & Reputation Management Policy

  • Design Pros UK does not share customer information regarding their project or contact details with
    anyone. The client’s personal and project information is kept confidential at all points.
  • Once the project is completed successfully, both parties Design Pros UK and the client, agree not to
    intentionally defame or otherwise disparage the other with respect to matters arising after project
    completion.
  • Once the project is completed successfully, each party agrees to refrain from (and Design Pros UK shall
    take reasonable steps to cause its officers and directors to refrain from), either directly or indirectly,
    hereafter making any defamatory comments of any type or nature whatsoever to anyone about the investors or business partners).

Record Maintenance

Design Pros UK keeps the records of finalised designs so that in case of any misplaced order, you will be
provided the exact file.

There is a time limit to keeping the records of files as well. We will keep the records of files for upto 6 months after the project delivery date of a specific project.

Customer Support

Our Customer Support Team is present in the office Monday – Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM GMT to answer all of your
concerns and queries over the phone and email. All other queries after business hours need to be emailed, and they
will be picked up the next working day.

Technical Support Policy

Design Pros UK is primarily a design service and design consultancy provider. We will design and develop the services
that the client needs. Design Pros UK will provide the client with the basic information regarding those services and the
settings required to make those services work. Our packages and services purchased will include technical aspects to
help the client with their websites and emails. Design Pros UK will not be responsible for providing detailed training or
installations of said services on the Customer’s end. Such services may include but are not limited to:

Technical Support Policy

  • Design Pros UK will deploy the website for the customer on
  • A hosting server provided by us.
  • The hosting service provided by Design Pros UK is free if provided to the client as an added feature
    without any cost. It is acquired from a Third Party Service provider.
  • A Hosting server provided by the customer (purchased from a Third Party).
  • If the website is hosted on a third-party web server purchased by the customer, Design Pros UK will
    not be held responsible for any kind of server or hosting-related issues.
Unless purchased separately as an ongoing maintenance service, there is no Service Level Agreement
(SLA) between the client and Design Pros UK regarding technical assistance or service outage.

Website Content Management System
(CMS: Content Management System)

  • Design Pros UK will provide the customer with a user manual to use the Website CMS
    (Content Management System).
  • Design Pros UK will not be responsible for training the client in the said Website CMS
    (Content Management System), unless paid for explicitly for such service.

Emails Setup

  • Design Pros UK will be providing the customer with the necessary settings and information to install
    the emails on their end.
  • Design Pros UK will not be responsible for installing said emails onto the customer end.
  • Design Pros UK will not be responsible for providing technical support or assistance in troubleshooting
    errors on email usage. All our emails are on open servers and accessible by all service providers.
Design Pros UK will not be held responsible in any way for the customer’s failure to execute, install or
learn the usage of the above-said services on their end, as the responsibilities for those lie on the
customer’s end.

Communication Policy

  • All Feedback requests or Revisions Requests, Refund Requests, or any other instructions pertaining to
    the order need to be done through the Design Pros UK official email address to be considered official.
  • Emails sent back and forth through official emails “…@ Design Pros UK.com” are only considered valid
    communication forms.
  • We are not responsible for any damages, issues, or delays caused due to contacts made through
    means of communication not provided by us.
  • We take full responsibility for all the information provided through our official domains.
